Why Does God Allow Pain and Suffering?
Why is there pain? Why is there suffering? Why do bad things happen to good people? How could a kind and loving God allow earthquakes, tsunami’s, cancer, and on and on? In light of the massive earthquake in Haiti this week, seeing so much devastation, loss of life, & suffering non-stop on the news, I know that many, many people are asking these questions.
About a year & a half ago I gave a message answering these tough questions that everyone grapples with. It was called “Why Does God Allow Pain & Suffering?” (click & listen). I cannot encourage you enough to make the time to listen to this, re-listen to this, & then share this with everyone you know.
I want you to understand the answer to these questions. I want you to be able to answer these questions. So that when your friends, neighbors, & co-workers ask you – “How can you believe in a God who would allow these kinds of things to happen?” – AND THEY WILL – you will be able to answer them as best as we can. Again, listen to this, re-listen to this, & then share this with everyone you know!
